1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Kuwait and to selected GCC countries. For international delivery inquiries, please contact our support team at hijabaatkw@gmail.com or call +965 98771575 before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 9:00 PM or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders within Kuwait City are delivered within one to two business days. Orders from other regions in Kuwait may take two to four business days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually arrive within four to seven business days, depending on customs clearance. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery for every order.

4. Shipping Charges

Free delivery is offered on all orders above KWD 30 within Kuwait. Orders below this amount will include a flat delivery fee of KWD 2.000. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so that you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Although we always strive for on-time delivery, unexpected circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues may cause slight delays. Hijabaat will notify you promptly in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear description or photo of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange for a replacement or suitable solution.
