At Hijabaat, we value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with Kuwait’s consumer protection guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that are worn, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
2. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the payment was made by credit or debit card, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is not available, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit for future purchases.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
